General guidelines for Assessment Validation & Moderation
There are 10 units to validate for BSB40507 2011 program.
The working parties could be as follows: Team A - Joanne, Chelsea & MichaelR Team B - Wil & Kylie Team C - Jason & Barbara Team D and E - Sally, Marika, Tim, Oskar, Mark, Marian, MichaelF could split into 2 groups
This means we have 5 groups.
If my maths is correct, this means 2 units per group.
Mark findlay and Marian Patterson from melbourne happy to address bsbcus403a - implement customer service standards & bsbled401a - Develop teams and individuals
