Coming from an OHS background, each state usually has a WorkCover Department and as expected OHS state laws vary in each individual state. When reviewing the unit I will check our assessment and see if it covers both and will report findings in next teleconference.
Do our assessments cover state based OHS regulations or is there a national OHS regulatory body which students need to be assessed on?
